LaunchPad stores the minimum needed to run your account: your name, email address, an optional short bio, your launch checklist, and session records (including the IP address and browser of each sign-in) so you can stay signed in securely.

Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

We use a small number of service providers: Brevo sends our account emails (verification and password reset) and records whether links in them are opened, and Google Drive holds encrypted copies of our nightly backups, which Google cannot read.

Our web server keeps access logs (IP address, page requested, time and browser) for up to 30 days to keep the service secure.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, checklist and sessions from the live service; copies in backups expire within 30 days.
